6 Youth NGOs from Europe and South America designed 2 pocket guides with a selection of experiential methods on entrepreneurship education. The non-formal activities were tested during 2 learning mobilities implemented in Romania (May 2019) and Uruguay (September 2019).
The first pocket guide is named Essential skills and contain a collection of 55 activities focused on the skills needed by the young entrepreneurs: Critical thinking, Creativity, Empathy, Storytelling, Time management, Problem solving, Team Dynamics, Decision Making, Resilience and Stress management, Leadership and Communication. The pocket guide is dedicated to youth workers, teachers, trainers, learning designers, and contain step-by-step, interactive and experiential methods that are easy to follow, include engaging activities with clear instructions that can develop the key skills of youngsters who want to become entrepreneurs.
The second pocket guide, named The Journey, can be successfully used in 4-5 days start-up incubators and contain a selection of interactive missions that can help young people develop concepts of start-ups in teams, based on their individual and community needs.
