Allow us to introduce you the “Start-up explorers” pocket guide, which contains a selection of experiential methods on entrepreneurship education that our team of youth workers tested during the main learning mobilities designed for Start-up explorers.
Just like you, we’ve noticed that the role of youth workers is different now and young people need our help in finding or creating their career path based on their inner motivations.
We strongly believe that entrepreneurship education is more complex than simply guiding youngsters on how to start a business or write a business plan. It is more about developing in learners a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and 10 complementary skills which will help them with their own initiatives, companies and associations, but also at work and in their everyday life.
During the project we have created 2 free pocket guides:
The first one – Essential skills - will guide youth workers, teachers, trainers, learning designers to discover, step-by-step, interactive and experiential methods that are easy to follow, contain engaging activities with clear instructions that can develop the key skills of youngsters who want to become entrepreneurs.
The second one – The Journey – help you simulate a 4-5 days start-up incubator and contain a selection of interactive missions that can help young people develop concepts of start-ups in teams, based on their individual and community needs.
Are you ready for our learning journey? Let’s start!
