The board game aims to develop young people's professional skills such as creativity and innovation, team spirit, communication and feedback, stress and time management, strategic planning and thinking, but also understanding the process of creating a start-up. The prototype of the game will be translated into 5 languages: Spanish, Italian, Romanian, English, and Bulgarian and tested by the youth organizations, universities, and schools to familiarize young people and adolescents with entrepreneurship education.

The seminar is the third international event within the Start-up Explorers project, funded by the Erasmus + program. In May 2019, the same youth workers participated in a training course in Vatra Dornei, Romania where they’ve tested a collection of interactive working tools for the development of entrepreneurial skills, and in September at a seminar in Montevideo, Uruguay, where they created 4 social entrepreneurship projects.

“The Start-up explorers project is a project initiated by 6 non-profit organizations from South America and Europe that encourages the formation of a network of specialists, youth workers, in entrepreneurship education and the development of a concrete working tool that can support them to introduce entrepreneurship education in a fun, interactive and experiential way. At the same time, the 3 learning contexts allow us to exchange good practices in the field of entrepreneurship education and to know better the entrepreneurial system in South America to develop personalized strategies at the level of youth organizations ", said Andrei Daicer, president of the association DGT.

The Explorers Start-up Project aims to highlight the diverse role of the youth worker, especially in entrepreneurship education programs, and to discuss the opportunities for learning, mentoring, career guidance, and funding for young people that currently exist in six countries involved in the project.
